Station leaders will ensure that all quality standards and procedures are performed by station personnel and that all phases of assembly are complete prior to the assembled parts leaving their station. Station leaders will be required to complete and turn in all required forms daily. Station leaders will have the responsibility of contacting the production manager if any problems occur and being the point of contact for all information being passed down to the stations. Station leaders will fill out an Assembly Process Report which will become part of the system specification package that will be used for future references.  The station leader will sign off all completed work performed in their station.  This will verify that all work was completed to specifications and to quality standard.
